here's "The Lair"

Are you ready for outlandish storylines, male nudity, and vampires? The Lair is back for a third season and brings all kinds of crazy to your television screen. The gay vampire series follows the crew at The Lair club and introduces a whole host of new characters.

"The Lair" is an spin-off of "Dante's Cove." Rather than following magic the show follows a coven of vampires that run a sex club creatively named The Lair. They use the club as a front to feed on hapless mortals. Last season, Colin (Dylan Vox) used his charm and murderous bloodlust to try to wrestle control of the club. He met with the wrong side of a wooden stake by his nemesis Damian (Peter Stickles). Damian ends up scoring the human of his obsessions, Thom (David Moretti).

The season begins and we see no Colin in sight. Vox truly is the highlight of the show. He is the Chuck Bass of "The Lair." He is sexy, snarky, and worth the attention. Thom and Damian enjoy a lack of chemistry with one being dead and one being undead. Steven Hirschi plays a fast talking newcomer who has a secret of his own. Wait for it...he is a Medusa-like character that turns his tricks into stone.

"The Lair" is preposterous. That being said it is still entertaining. The belief that porn stars can act in a show with such a loose premise and keep their clothes on is reason enough to watch.

All kidding aside, "The Lair" is entertaining. Despite its faults- bad acting, poor premises, bad dialogue, the show has some endearing characters like Vox's Colin and Stickles' Damian that make you want to keep watching and let you give it another chance. It's definitely a must-see in here!'s line-up.
