Leave it to Amsterdam to put on one of the best, most fun, and probably the most unique Pride celebrations in the world. With street parties, Circuit parties and the world's only Gay Pride parade that takes place in — not alongside, but in — a canal, this very happening Northern European city's Pride is one of the busiest weekends of the year in a city that can boast several major events on the Circuit calendar. Friday night kicks off with street parties, including the hilarious Drag Queen Olympics; a dance and cruise party in Club Fuxxx; and an underwear party in Club Church. On Saturday, where most parades use trucks, the capital of the canal-obsessed Netherlands uses boats. Join 500,000 spectators to cheer the hot guys and gals atop 75 spectacularly decorated boats as they wend their way through the Prinsengracht and Amstel rivers. Of course, Amsterdam Pride wouldn't be complete without at least one mega-party. This being Amsterdam, where more is not enough, Rapido at Paradiso begins in the afternoon and doesn't end until well into the next day. A word of warning: This party usually sells out well in advance, so get your ticket early or be prepared to scrounge once you get to Amsterdam.
